FY23 TVTP Grant Program Implementation and Measurement Plan (IMP) Guidance

This guidance should be used to develop an Implementation & Measurement Plan (IMP) for the FY23 Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention Grant Program. This plan will assist applicants in planning how their project will be implemented and the ways they will measure achievement of its goals. Additionally, this plan will inform reporting against implementation milestones and outcome data to DHS on a quarterly basis.
