Coast Guard Cutter Robert Yered delivers aid to Puerto Rico
The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Robert Yered, a 154-foot patrol boat homeported in Miami Beach, Fla., delivered relief supplies to the victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. Working with local volunteers on the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico, the crew of the Yered offloaded hundreds of boxes of humanitarian aid, including food, water, baby food and cleaning supplies which had been donated by citizens of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
