Hurricane Ivan - A DMAT tends to patients outside a damaged hospital

PENSACOLA, Fla., September 19, 2004 -- Members of Disaster Medical Assistance Team, Florida 3, tend to patients outside the battered Western Florida Regional Medical Center. The hospital sustained major damage in Hurricane Ivan. The DMAT team set up a full emergency room in tents outside the hospital and saw more than 100 patients per day.
