WASHINGTON (November 18, 2024) Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, participates in the Resilience Plaza Groundbreaking Ceremony at DHS Headquarters St. Elizabeths Campus in Washington D.C. Resilience Plaza will be located on the south landscape of the Center Building on St. Elizabeths West campus and display artifacts from the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon to recognize the founding and ongoing mission of DHS.
