The Antidumping Countervailing Duty and Section 301 for Headings 9403 and 9404 (Furniture, Mattresses, Pillows and Quilted Bedding) is part of the 2023 Education Commodity Specific Webinar Series hosted by the National Commodity Specialist Division, Regulations and Rulings, Office of Trade.  This webinar will revisit last year’s antidumping scopes and exclusions pertaining to Headings 9403 and 9404, specifically: mattresses and their innersprings, built-in cabinets, wooden bedroom furniture, boltless shelving, lockers, tool chests and cabinets, filing cabinets, ironing boards and heavy-duty racks.  In the interest of facilitating lawful trade and reducing the cost of compliance, the webinar aims to explain these antidumping scopes in the plainest possible language and explore some of the many scope exclusions.
