The “Heading 6212: Body Supporting Garments and Beyond!” is part of the 2023 Educations Commodity Specific Webinar Series hosted by the National Commodity Specialist Division, Regulations and Rulings, Office of Trade/Released.  This webinar will cover the tariff classification of apparel items such as brassieres, bralettes, support tanks, support camisole-style garments and the like.  While the primary focus will be on garments that cover the upper body and what the requirements are for qualifying as a body support garment under heading 6212, other items in this heading may be covered as well.
