Amos Davis was in on the ground floor of the Department of Homeland Security when he joined the Department of Homeland Security in 2004. The fledgling office had 100 contractors and 50 federal employees. During his career, he has helped set up four components and aided with disaster response.  (DHS Video by Raymond J. Piper/Released)
