Carter's Story: Blue Campaign Youth Animated Video Series

This two-part animated video series, created by the Center for Countering Human Trafficking’s Blue Campaign, raises awareness of how to keep young people safe while playing online video games and provide tips to parents and adults working with youth on how to recognize signs of human trafficking. Blue Campaign is a national public awareness campaign designed to educate the public, law enforcement, and other industry partners to recognize the indicators of human trafficking, and how to appropriately respond to possible cases.
