“Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano will travel to Long Beach, Calif. tomorrow, Dec. 8, to attend the memorial service for U.S. Coast Guard Senior Chief Petty Officer Terrell Horne and join U.S. Coast Guard Commandant Admiral Robert Papp, Jr. to express their condolences to the family of Senior Chief Horne.”
