Border Wait Time
The Border Wait Time app makes it easier for travelers to plan their trip across the border. The app provides estimated wait times and open lane status at land ports of entry allowing travelers to make an informed decision of where and when to cross the border. Wait times for pedestrian and passenger and commercial vehicle crossings are broken down by lane type (standard, SENTRI, NEXUS, FAST, Ready Lane, etc.). Travelers can download the app for free from Apple’s App Store and Google Play.
CBP Home
CBP Home is a mobile application that grants you access to a variety of services provided by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Through a series of guided questions, the app directs you to the appropriate services based on your needs.
The CBP Home mobile application is FREE to use and available to everyone who has access to a mobile device. You can download the app from the Apple App and Google Play stores.
Civics Test Study Tools
The USCIS: Civics Test Study Tools helps you prepare for the civics test during the naturalization interview. It also has a game to challenge your civics knowledge, reminder notifications, and review of past tests. You can also switch between English and Spanish.
DHS Intel App
The DHS Intel Mobile Application allows key leaders, decision makers, and DHS’s State, Local, Territorial, and Tribal (SLTT) partners to easily access and view intelligence products.
Note: You must have a HSIN account AND be a HSIN-Intel Community member to access the app.
eFOIA
With the eFOIA mobile app, you can submit FOIA requests or check the status of requests anytime, anywhere. Access all of the content on the FOIA website, including the FOIA Library. And receive updates, event notices, and recently published documents.
FEMA App
Completely redesigned in 2022, the FEMA App provides Android and Apple iOS users a personalized app experience. It contains emergency alerts, extensive disaster preparation information in easy-to-read slides, and helps you look up emergency shelters and open FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) nearby.
Global Entry Mobile App
The Global Entry mobile application enables active Global Entry members to report their arrival at any supported airport in the place of a stationary Global Entry portal. You must be an active member in the Global Entry program to use this app. Simply choose your arrival airport from list of supported airports and submit a photo of yourself to CBP for verification. Be sure to complete this process while you are physically located within your arrival terminal. Once you’ve successfully submitted, you will receive a receipt of your submission that you must present to a Global Entry officer upon arrival. Be prepared to offer further travel documentation upon request. If you are unable to obtain a receipt using the mobile app, you can proceed to an existing Global Entry Portal and proceed with the normal process
Note: If you are not enrolled in the Global Entry program, you are not eligible to use this mobile application. This app does not enable enrollment for the Global Entry program. You must either proceed with the normal entry process or use the free CBP Mobile Passport Control app.
Lost Person Behavior (Fee Required)
The Lost Person Behavior mobile app provides step-by-step instructions on search plans, guidance, protocols and strategies for first responders and response teams. The app was developed by the DHS Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) First Responders Group working in conjunction with search and rescue (SAR) teams around the nation.
Mobile Passport
CBP uses the Mobile Passport Control (MPC) application to streamline the processing of eligible travelers entering the United States. Eligible travelers with a smartphone or tablet may voluntarily download the Mobile Passport Control (MPC)-enabled mobile application (app) from a mobile application store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
The MPC mobile app, is available to U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, Canadian B1/B2 citizen visitors and returning Visa Waiver Program travelers with approved ESTA. MPC is currently available at 51 sites, including 33 U.S. International Airports, 14 Preclearance locations, and 4 seaports of entry.
myCBP
The myCBP app provides a way for you to connect with U.S Customs and Border Protection. The mobile app provides a login for users that allows access to CBP information, such as Frontline magazine, public messages, and social media posts. The Resource section has useful links like Border Wait times and other pertinent information. The Settings section contains your profile and preferences. Use the buttons below for links to the Apple App Store or Google play store.
The myCBP app uses the GSA's Login.gov identity provider for login services.
"My TSA" Mobile Web
This mobile application crowd sources wait times from the traveling public, along with airport status reports and a "can I bring" database to help you determine what will and will not pass through security.
ROAM
The CBP Reporting Offsite Arrival - Mobile (ROAM) app allows pleasure boaters and other eligible travelers who arrive at remote locations to report their arrival online. In addition to submitting a report of arrival, pleasure boaters who are not currently enrolled in a Trusted Traveler Program, Local Boater Option, or I-68 program and are required to report in person may be eligible to submit to a video inspection.

E-Verify
For employers, using information reported on an employee's Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to determine the eligibility of that employee to work in the United States. For most employers, the use of E-Verify is voluntary and limited to determining the employment eligibility of new hires only. There is no charge to employers to use E-Verify.

Naturalization Self Test
A study tool to help you test your knowledge of U.S. history and government. The actual civics test is NOT a multiple choice test. The civics test is an oral test. FEMA provides several flood hazard and risk data products to communicate flood risk and inform actions taken to counter this risk. This includes multiple map-based offerings that illustrate current flood risks as officially recognized by the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and science-based projections for future flooding, as well as NFIP software packages and tutorials.
FloodSmart
Use a one-step flood risk profile tool to rate your risk for a flood, estimate your premiums and find an agent. In 1968, Congress created the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) to provide flood insurance protection to property owners, in return for local government commitment to sound floodplain management and related flood disaster mitigation efforts. An NFIP flood insurance policy can be obtained directly from the federal government or through an insurance company.

The Mapping and Analysis Center provides national level mapping using geographic information systems to support the National Response and Coordination Center during disaster response activations. National Fire Department Census Registration
An online address listing of U.S. fire departments registered with USFA as well as some basic information about each fire department. The purpose of the census, which is ongoing, is to create a national database for use by USFA to conduct special studies that will guide program decision-making and to improve direct communication with individual fire departments

Virtual USA
In May 2013, the National Information Sharing Consortium (NISC) and DHS S&T’s First Responders Group formed a partnership to transition elements of the Virtual USA program to the NISC. Virtual USA is a program focused on improving incident management information sharing capabilities of the first responder community. National Computer Forensics Institute (Login)
Dedicated to the education of law enforcement professionals in the field of computer forensics and digital evidence handling techniques. Training is offered by the U.S. Secret Service for state and local law enforcement officers, prosecutors and judges from across the country.
National Emergency Training Center (Learning Resource Center)
One of the most comprehensive collections in the United States of materials relating to the fire service and to emergency management. Print collections include some 18,000 books and another nearly 6000 reports, proceedings and government documents. Airport Wait Times
CBP closely monitors the flight processing times, commonly referred to as wait times, for arriving flights at 23 of the busiest international airports. The flight processing time is the length of time from flight arrival to the time the last passenger on the flight is screened by CBP officers in the primary processing area.
Border Wait Times
Estimated wait times for reaching the primary inspection booth, the first point of contact with CBP when crossing the Canada/U.S. and Mexico/U.S. land borders. For travelers who have been repeatedly identified for additional screening and who want to file an inquiry to have erroneous information corrected in DHS systems.
Electronic System for Travel Authorization (Login)
International travelers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) are subject to enhanced security requirements and are required to pay an administrative fee. All eligible travelers who wish to travel to the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorization and then pay the fee.
