Description: The Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act (CISA) was enacted in December 2015 to address challenges with sharing cyber information between and among the government and private sector. This panel will walk through those challenges and provide an in-depth discussion of certain aspects of the legislation, including liability protections, antitrust exemptions, and privacy protections. The panel will also discuss the relevant guidelines issued by DHS and DOJ.
