Bystander Awareness eLearning

The National Threat Evaluation and Reporting Program Office developed the Suspicious Activity Reporting Fundamentals eLearning to provide an interactive overview of the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative. 

This Bystander Awareness eLearning provides users with an understanding of the evaluation process used to determine whether identified behavior adheres to the Information Sharing Environment Functional Standard criteria, in accordance with privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties protections.

Audience: Federal, State, Local, Tribal, Territorial, and Private Sector Homeland Security Partners
