DHS’s Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) is developing breakthrough technologies that will have a dramatic impact on capabilities to detect nuclear threats through an aggressive and expedited research and development (R&D) program. Grants and contract awards from DNDO to academia, industry, and labs are creating technologies that close gaps in the GNDA and show feasibility through Proof of Concept demonstrations.
