CONCORD, N.H. — A former Massachusetts school employee was charged by indictment in federal court in Concord for transporting a former student to New Hampshire to engage in unlawful sexual conduct.
Jesus Moore, 35, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was charged with one count of transportation to engage in unlawful sexual conduct after a local investigation by the Lawrence Police Department in Massachusetts and the Manchester Police Department in New Hampshire led to further investigation from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New England. Moore self-surrendered and appeared in federal court July 29. He was released on conditions.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on or about March 7, 2022, Moore transported a former student at the school that employed Moore. At the time, the former student was under 18. The former student was transported across state lines to engage in unlawful sexual conduct.
HSI New England’s Manchester Resident Agent in Charge office, the Lawrence Police Department and the Manchester Police Department led the investigation.
