BANGOR, Maine – An Ohio man was sentenced Dec. 9 in U.S. District Court in Bangor for possessing child pornography.

BOSTON – A Lancaster man was convicted on Nov. 22 following a five-day jury trial for his involvement in an unlicensed money transmission business that exchanged cash for Bitcoin for an individual who represented to be involved in unlawful trafficking in counterfeit goods.

WASHINGTON — Hang Sun, also known as Cody Sun, faces penalties of up to five years in prison for conspiracy; 20 years in prison for wire fraud; 20 years in prison for exporting technical data without a license; and 10 years in prison for smuggling goods from the United States.
