Chinese National, Legal Permanent Resident Charged for Exporting Controlled Data to China, Defrauding Department of Defense

WASHINGTON — Hang Sun, also known as Cody Sun, faces penalties of up to five years in prison for conspiracy; 20 years in prison for wire fraud; 20 years in prison for exporting technical data without a license; and 10 years in prison for smuggling goods from the United States.
