Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Kristi Noem ceremoniously sworn-in Troy Edgar as the Deputy Secretary of DHS. Deputy Secretary Edgar was confirmed by the Senate on Thursday, March 7th, in a bipartisan vote.
