DHS Section 106 Agreement for Climate Resilience and Sustainability Undertakings on DHS-Owned Assets

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has drafted a proposed NPA in coordination with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation and National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers, and is soliciting comments from the public for 45 days which must be received no later than October 30, 2023.

Mission Sustainable Energy focuses on helping the DHS community with smart energy strategies. The combined power of merging energy supply from renewable energy resources with energy efficiency improvements enhances facility operations, lowers energy bills, and in some cases, contributes to a more resilient energy supply.
