CPO Memo EO 14042 Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors

The purpose of this memorandum is to implement Executive Order 14042 Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors for covered contracts and contract-like instruments and awards that are not issued under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
