At this time, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will not fully adopt the Standard Terms and Conditions for Research Grants as identified in the Federal Register dated January 25, 2008 (73 FR 4563).
Adoption of these government-wide standards will be re-evaluated within 24 months to determine if they have an operational impact on the mission or needs of the Department.
In addition, the Department of Homeland Security may elect to use the Standard Terms and Conditions for Research Grants during the 24 month period if deemed appropriate to a specific program.
