Do You Know Your Financial Well-Being Score?

Release Date: July 28, 2020

Financial well-being is defined as having financial security and freedom of choice with your finances, both now and in the future. Specifically, financial well-being is when you:

  • Have control over your day-to-day and month-to-month finances;
  • Have the capacity to absorb a financial setback;
  • Are on track to meet your financial goals; and
  • Have the financial freedom to make the choices that allow you to enjoy life.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) developed a questionnaire and scoring tool to help you measure your current financial well-being and determine what steps are needed to improve your financial situation. Consider completing the questionnaire and scoring tool today, or anytime you want to assess your financial security.
