For over 60 days, DHS has responded to the protests in Portland, Oregon. Acting Secretary Chad Wolf acknowledges the perseverance of the Federal Protective Service (FPS) and other DHS law enforcement officers. He also announces the agreement with Oregon Governor Kate Brown to partner with Portland state troopers to protect federal buildings and assets.
