I read one time that when you track down your fears, you will also find your dreams too. By finding ways to confront our fears--coming face to face with them—we often find that it was our fears, alone, that stood in the way of our dreams. Instead of being held down by our fears and burying our feelings, let’s rise up and use our confidence and strength to make a difference, not only in our own lives, but for those we connect with every day.
We were never intended to cower in a corner and live in the shadows…we are here to realize our fullest potential. But this can only happen when we take the opportunity to face our fears, letting go of the past, knowing ourselves more deeply, and using our capacity to be strong and powerful to overcome any limitation. Inhale confidence and exhale all that does not serve you well!
