Department of Homeland Security (DHS) plans to establish several Strategic Sourcing contract vehicles or Qualified Products Lists (QPLs) for Department-wide use. This list, which represents DHS’s best estimate of potential contract vehicles or QPLs, is published for informational purposes only. It is not an invitation for bids, a request for proposal, or a commitment by DHS to purchase products or services. Each acquisition is based on information available at the time of publication and may be revised or canceled.
Scope: Re-competed of the Adobe Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) III. Adobe ELA IV will provide DHS Components with audio-visual content creation, editing, and publishing while in the performance of all mission areas. This contract vehicle will enhance, maintain, and add to existing Adobe investments as an enterprise solution. This vehicle will provide for a full suite of Adobe software and maintenance and will enable Components to access ancillary training. Adobe consulting services, as they relate to the implementation of Adobe products, will also be available under this vehicle.
