It is a privilege and an honor to appear before you today to discuss CBP’s efforts to prevent and detect corruption and misconduct in our workforce. I have no higher priority than ensuring that the employees of CBP conduct themselves with the highest standard of integrity as they carry out the critical mission of protecting and securing America’s borders.
