MOU Among the Government of Canada, the Government of the Republic of Finland, and the Government of the United States of America Regarding a Trilateral Framework for the Production of Arctic and Polar Icebreakers and other Capabilities

BIRD Program
DHS S&T funds two programs managed by the Israel – U.S. Binational Industrial Research and Development (BIRD) Foundation: BIRD Homeland Security (HLS), a joint initiative established in 2015 with the Israel Ministry of National Security (IMNS); and BIRD Cyber, a new program launched in 2022 in partnership with the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD).

Letter of Intent in Furtherance of Cooperation with El Salvador
