DHS/USCIS/PIA-040 – Center Adjudication System Electronic Processing (CasePro) Appendix A
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) developed this Center Adjudication System Electronic Processing (CasePro) system to assist with the adjudication of Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Deferred Enforced Departure (DED), and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) filings. CasePro electronically organizes and reviews incoming filings, identifies approvable cases, automates the adjudication of some cases which meet filing requirements, and routes filings requiring additional review to the manual resolution process. USCIS conducted this Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) to describe how CasePro collects, uses, and maintains Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Part of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)’s mission is to facilitate legitimate international trade. The Non-Intrusive Inspection Systems Program (NII) furthers this mission by providing technologies to inspect and screen conveyances or cars, trucks, railcars, sea containers, as well as personal luggage, packages, parcels, and flat mail through either x-ray or gamma-ray imaging systems.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a component agency within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is establishing a consolidated information management system called FALCON Search & Analysis System (FALCON-SA). This system enables ICE law enforcement and homeland security personnel to search, analyze and visualize volumes of existing information in support of ICE’s mission to enforce and investigate violations of U.S. criminal and administrative laws. This Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) is necessary because FALCON-SA accesses and stores personally identifiable information (PII) retrieved from DHS, other government agencies, and commercially available databases. It is also necessary to provide public notice of the existence of FALCON-SA and to publicly document the privacy protections that are in place for the system
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) has deployed an information system called the Data Analysis & Research for Trade Transparency System (DARTTS), which is a component system of HSI's larger Repository for Analytics in a Virtualized Environment (RAVEN) platform.

The Computer Linked Application Information Management System 4 (CLAIMS 4) is an electronic case management system used to track and process naturalization applications. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) updated this Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) to discuss the centralization of naturalization forms after disposition of the Reengineered Naturalization Application Casework System (RNACS).
