DHS Environmental Justice Strategy Annual Implementation Progress Report for Fiscal Year 2015
Pursuant to Title II of the No FEAR Act, federal agencies, no later than 180 days after the end of each fiscal year, are required to submit an annual report to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Committee on Governmental Affairs of the Senate, the Committee on Government Reform of the House of Representatives, each committee of Congress with jurisdiction relating to the agency, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Attorney General. The No FEAR Act Annual Report shall have specific information relating to each agency’s EEO complaints activity (including federal district court cases) and resulting disciplinary actions, Judgment Fund reimbursements, adjustments to agency budgets to meet reimbursement requirements, as well as an analysis of trends, causation, and practical knowledge gained through experience.

CRCL Annual Reports to Congress
In accordance with 6 U.S.C. § 345 and 42 U.S.C. § 2000ee-1, these reports on the Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties were presented to Congress.
Beyond the Border Action Plan - Progress Report
In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 12898 and the Memorandum of Understanding on Environmental Justice and EO 12898 (EJ MOU), DHS has undertaken a number of commitments to further the aims of environmental justice, including publication of an agency-wide Environmental Justice Strategy (DHS EJ Strategy) and annual progress reports on its implementation. DHS is a member of the EPA-sponsored federal Environmental Justice Interagency Working Group (EJ IWG), and facilitates an internal DHS Environmental Justice Working Group (EJWG). The DHS EJWG is co-chaired by the DHS Sustainability and Environmental Programs office (SEP) within the Office of the Chief Readiness Support Officer (CRSO), and the DHS Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL).
Report Assessing the Impact of the Automatic Selectee and No Fly Lists
Among the responsibilities of the DHS Privacy Office is the obligation to report on complaints and inquiries regarding possible privacy violations. In response to a request by the American Civil Liberties Union, the Privacy Office has conducted a review of the Multi-state Anti-Terrorism Information Exchange (MATRIX) pilot project and the role of DHS in that program. Although the MATRIX program has now been discontinued, the Privacy Office's review illuminates several lessons to be learned from the program which are applicable to any program involving the collection and use of personally identifiable information.
