The function of the National Navigation Safety Advisory Committee (NNAVSAC) is to advise, consult with, and make recommendations to the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security through the Commandant of the United States Coast Guard on matters relating to maritime collisions, rammings, and groundings; Inland Rules of the Road; International Rules of the Road; navigations regulations and equipment; routing measures; marine information; and aids to navigation systems.
The function of the Committee is to provide advice to the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security through the Commandant of the United States Coast Guard on matters relating to national boating safety.

This product provides a declassified overview of findings and recommendations from a classified joint report from the Attorney General and Secretary of Homeland Security addressing the impact of activities by foreign governments and their agents targeting election infrastructure or infrastructure pertaining to political organizations, candidates, or campaigns used in the 2020 US federal elections on the security or integrity of such infrastructure. Pursuant to Executive Order (EO) 13848, the joint report relied on the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) addressing foreign threats to the 2020 US elections.

Acting Secretary Chad Wolf continues to exercise authority as the head of the Department of Homeland Security in line with the succession orders issued by former Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and former Acting Secretary Kevin McAleenan. On the basis of those orders, since November 2019, Acting Secretary Wolf has exercised the lawful authority to take actions that are the subject of current litigation challenges.
The Trump administration has taken concrete actions in several immigration policy areas to benefit and protect the American people. These include: border security, strengthening immigration policies, interior enforcement, countering foreign exploitation, collaborating with international partners, and countering the COVID-19 pandemic.
