CP3 anticipates that the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Application Guidance will be published in Spring 2025. Subject to funding availability, we expect to issue a Notice of Funding Opportunity shortly thereafter.

The TVTP Grant Program funds the development of capabilities based on current promising practices as well as reserves approximately 25-30% of available funding for new or innovative approaches to prevention.

Implementation and Measurement Plan (IMP)
