COVID-19 Update 4 – Update on USCIS Seattle District Office
On Tuesday, March 3, we alerted you about a potential case of COVID-19 within our own employee community in Seattle, Washington. Late last night, we found out that the DHS employee did test positive for the novel Coronavirus. Fortunately, the employee is already recovering from his flu-like symptoms and is at home with this family.
COVID-19 Update 3 – Incident at USCIS Seattle District Office
Late yesterday, we learned that an employee at the USCIS Seattle District Office started exhibiting flu-like symptoms four days after visiting the nursing home in Kirkland, Washington that has experienced COVID-19 infections.

New Year's Resolutions
Almost half of all Americans make at least one New Year’s resolution. Although we don’t all follow through, the simple act of making a resolution has positive effects on behavior change. One study published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology found that those who set New Year's resolutions are 10 times more likely to change their behavior than those who don’t.
