The State of Hawai’i Office of Homeland Security (HIOHS) released its 2024 Targeted Violence Prevention (TVP) Strategy Implementation Plan in February. The plan is an effort to preemptively address mass shootings and other violent acts by ensuring the state has the resources needed to handle unexpected incidents.
