On May 20, Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson will travel to New London, Conn., where he will join President Barack Obama and U.S. Coast Guard Commandant Admiral Paul Zukunft at the 134th Commencement Exercises of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
