The Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2015 requires that DHS post on its public website any report required to be submitted by the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives for Fiscal Year 2017, upon the determination by the head of DHS that it shall serve the national interest. This requirement excludes reports that contain proprietary information, and reports that, if posted, could compromise homeland or national security.
The FY 2017 reports posted below have met the above requirements and have been provided to the requesting Congressional Committees for no less than 45 days, except as otherwise specified in law.
