2025 DHS Congressional Appropriations Reports

Body

The Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025 (Pub. L. No. 119-4) requires that DHS post on its public website any report required in the Act by the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives for Fiscal Year 2025, upon the determination by the head of DHS that it shall serve the national interest. This requirement excludes reports that contain proprietary information, and reports that, if posted, could compromise homeland or national security.

The FY 2025 reports posted below have met the above requirements and have been provided to the requesting Congressional Committees for not less than 45 days, except as otherwise specified in law.

Notice: Reports will be added soon.
