This is a summary of CRCL’s Recommendation Memorandum to ICE in April 2024 that followed CRCL’s multidisciplinary onsite investigation into allegations concerning the medical care and conditions of detention at the Eloy Detention Center. CRCL issued twenty-four recommendations to ICE. ICE concurred with twelve, partially concurred with six, and non-concurred with six.
