CRCL Recommendation Memo to ICE Regarding ICE Use of Maryland Database and Facial Recognition Searches

The purpose of this memorandum is to make recommendations to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) regarding the implementation of effective protocols to document certain information in its case management system. Specifically, these recommendations relate to when ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers access databases containing facial images and other sensitive data.
