The Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) operates the HR Solutions System. HR Solutions is a newly developed system designed to aid in the administration of the Human Capital Processing of human resources operations and services. OCHCO conducted this Privacy Impact Assessment because HR Solutions collects and maintains personally identifiable information (PII).
