DHS Policy and Guidelines for the Use of Classified Information in Immigration Proceedings, October 2004

These Guidelines establish the basic Department procedures for determining the limited circumstances in which the use of classified national security information in immigration proceedings is appropriate. Officials and supervisors should take appropriate steps to ensure that these Guidelines are followed.
