Body

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) uses the AAO Case Management System (CMS) to capture and track information related to appeals, motions, and certifications that AAO adjudicates under its jurisdiction, and to improve its ability to track appeals and case processing. USCIS is conducting this Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) update to account for the capture of additional information in the AAO Case Management System, as well as to identify the privacy risks and mitigations associated with the collection and use of that additional information.
