The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Information Technology (OIT) offers technical support to USCIS employees, contractors, and non-USCIS personnel who have access to USCIS systems for official business. USCIS ServiceNow serves as the incident management system for service requests.
