Section 742 of the USMCA Implementation Act mandates that DHS, in coordination with the Forced Labor Enforcement Task Force, submit a one-time report to Congress that establishes timelines for CBP to respond to forced labor allegations. This report details timelines for reviewing petitions, initiating an investigation, and assessing whether it possesses information to articular reasonable suspicion of a violation of Section 307 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
