Great Lakes Pilotage Advisory Committee (USCG)

Advises the United States Coast Guard regarding safe, efficient, and reliable U.S. Registered Pilotage Services. U.S. Registered Pilots provide compulsory pilotage services to foreign-flagged and commercial vessels travelling in the U.S. waters of the Great Lakes.
