An employee, former employee, or applicant for employment who feels he/she has been discriminated against may file a complaint by contacting an EEO counselor within 45 days following the alleged discriminatory act for the following reasons:
- race
- color
- religion
- sex
- national origin, age (40 years of age and above)
- physical or mental disability
- genetic information
- reprisal for prior equal employment opportunity (EEO) involvement
