The National Dialogue on the Quadrennial Homeland Security Review is a conversation between the Department of Homeland Security and Homeland Security stakeholders on an innovative web-based platform. The National Dialogue is an interactive process, building on the public’s input over the course of three dialogues. The Department conducted this privacy impact assessment because the participant feedback will be collected with limited personally identifiable information. July 2009
