PACTS II Metrics

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), in collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing Program Office (SSPO), established a second generation suite of indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) strategically sourced contracts for non-IT Program Management, Administrative, Operations (Clerical), and Technical Services II (PACTS II) that will enable DHS to accomplish its mission objectives.
