Privacy at DHS: Protecting Personal Information (Transcript)

Body

This brief course is designed to raise your awareness of the importance of maintaining privacy in the workplace and will convey methods of safeguarding personal information. This course provides role-based training for handling personally identifiable information (PII) and sensitive PII (SPII) to DHS federal and contractor employees who will have access to PII and SPII.

The former Privacy at DHS module training is no longer available for contractors. The Privacy at DHS Training Transcript is replacing the former Privacy at DHS module training. Upon completing the training and taking the assessment, please be sure to generate your certificate of completion and provide it to your Contracting Officer’s Representative, if required. If you are a federal employee, please access the Privacy Awareness Training through your Component’s Learning Management System.
