Retention Memo Concerning Multidisciplinary Onsite Investigation of Stewart Detention Center in Lumpkin, Georgia

CRCL received allegations that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has violated the civil rights and civil liberties of noncitizens at the Stewart Detention Center in Lumpkin, Georgia. Accordingly, CRCL conducted a multidisciplinary onsite investigation at the facility to assess the complaints and review the facility's operations more generally to address any systemic civil rights concerns.
