Retention Memo to ICE Concerning Investigation at Denver Contract Detention Facility in Aurora, Colorado

CRCL received allegations that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement violated the civil rights and civil liberties of noncitizens at the Denver Contract Detention Facility in Aurora, Colorado. This memorandum is to inform that CRCL conducted a multidisciplinary onsite investigation and, consistent with its authority, examined the allegations to address any systemic civil rights concerns at the facility.
