CRCL has received complaints alleging that ICE has potentially violated individuals’ civil rights and civil liberties at the Stewart Detention Center (SDC) in Lumpkin, Georgia. The purpose of this memorandum is to notify ICE of the complaints, describe the allegations, and inform ICE that CRCL retained the complaints for investigation.
